What makes our products special?

Our candles and wax melts are crafted using a soy wax blend, paired with a strong hot and cold throw (how it smells lit and unlit), proper wick placement and size, all to ensure you have a clean, long-lasting burn.

My candle burrows down in a hole and has wax left on the side, why is that?

Candles have a "memory" so when you first light the candle and don't give it adequate time to melt to the edge of the container, it will "remember" that and only burn within that range. Thus it's important to give your candle enough time to melt all the way to the edge.

Can I return or exchange a product?

Yes, we accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of delivery if the product is unused and in original packaging.

Why does our candle or wax melt look frosted?

This is a common occurrence when using soy wax, especially when it is not supplemented with additives to prevent it. It's natural and does not affect the quality of the candle or the scent.

Do you take custom orders?

Do your products have a strong scent?

Through the journey of candle making, we have always ensured there is a great cold and hot throw (scent) to them. When you're smelling a candle that isn't lit, this is referred to as cold throw, whereas once lit, it becomes a hot throw. There can be some differences between what you smell and how strong it is.

How long does shipping take?

Once an order is placed through our shop, it typically arrives within 5-7 business days. We utilize USPS for shipping.

Why do the wax melts look crumbly?

As we use a blend of soy wax in our melts, they may look different than other brands, but there is no cause of concern, they'll melt and smell just as great!
